Assistant Manager - Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Design high-impact social media visuals for LinkedIn and Instagram aligned with brand guidelines
• Develop content series, campaign templates, and motion graphics optimized for platform-specific formats
• Conceptualize, produce, and edit short-form videos, including reels, event recaps, and webinar highlights
• Create motion graphics, animated infographics, and kinetic typography to enhance thought leadership content
• Design and format client-facing proposal decks, pitch presentations, and research reports
• Produce internal communication materials such as newsletters, email announcements, and event collateral
• Maintain design consistency across all digital and print outputs to uphold brand standards

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio in social media design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for video and motion design
• Strong command of typography, color theory, grid systems, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing for B2B or corporate environments
• Ability to produce clean, structured layouts for decks and long-form documents
• Ability to work US hours if needed to support the US office
