About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
- Hire, manage, train, and coach crew members
- Prepare weekly shift schedules and manage crew availability
- Perform inventory counts
- Reinforce customer service mentality and brand standards
- Respond to guest requests and assist in resolving complaints
- Enforce all safety, sanitation, labor, and administrative laws
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Minimum 2 years of quick service restaurant experience, including running shifts without supervision
- Strong communication, basic math, reading, and computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment following safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow directions and work with autonomy
- Physical ability to bend, stand, twist, walk for full shifts, and lift up to 40 pounds
