Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
• Hire, manage, train, and coach crew members
• Prepare weekly shift schedules and manage availability
• Perform inventory counts
• Reinforce customer service mentality and brand standards
• Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints
• Enforce safety, sanitation, labor, and administrative laws

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Minimum 2 years of quick service restaurant experience
• Experience running shifts without supervision
• Strong communication, math, reading, and computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 40 pounds
