About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operation of visitor experiences, events, and hospitality activities
- Support team scheduling, training, and performance development
- Deliver exceptional beer and food experiences for guests
- Foster a strong beer culture through coaching, education, and engagement
- Support inventory management, operational controls, and compliance standards
- Build relationships with consumers, stakeholders, media, and hospitality partners
Requirements
- Experience supervising teams within hospitality, food & beverage, or visitor attractions
- A passion for beer and creating memorable guest experiences
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
