Assistant Manager, Global Regulatory Reporting

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Regulatory Reporting Manager in overseeing global post-trade reporting, including EMIR, MiFID, SFTR, and regional regimes such as ASIC, MAS, and HKMA.
• Perform daily reconciliations and review regulatory submissions for EMEA and APAC post-trade reporting.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external brokers within a Delegated Reporting Agreement model.
• Manage the setup process for fund launches and derivative onboarding with external brokers.
• Contribute to the development of a global operating model to drive consistency and best practices.
• Provide risk management oversight and data quality assurance to identify and mitigate reporting risks.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Operations, and global teams to ensure adherence to regulatory deadlines.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of post-trade regulatory reporting obligations (e.g., EMIR, MiFID, SFTR).
• Background in middle office or trade management.
• Working knowledge of derivative products, including FX, OTC, ETD, and CFD.
• Experience with risk management and the design of oversight frameworks.
• High standard of numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex regulatory situations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using PowerBI for data visualization and reporting.
