Assistant Manager, Global Influencer Partnerships (Make-up Artistry)

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute a 360-degree MUA strategy by identifying and engaging emerging and established makeup artists globally.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with talent across all tiers to develop a global roster of key artists.
• Drive meaningful collaborations through product launches, events, content, and bespoke campaigns.
• Coordinate artist involvement in shoots, branded content, masterclasses, and event appearances.
• Work cross-functionally with Influencer, PR, and Brand teams to develop personalized seeding and outreach strategies.
• Ideate and execute bespoke product kits and mailers to drive brand advocacy and social buzz.
• Monitor social reach and emerging beauty trends to inform talent strategy and measure ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in influencer, celebrity, or talent management, ideally within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
• Proven success leading large-scale campaigns or experiential activations.
• Deep understanding of social and digital media ecosystems and the professional MUA landscape.
• Strong existing network of media, talent, and influencer contacts.
• Excellent relationship management, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
