Assistant Manager, Global Credit Finance - Loan Servicing

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day credit facility servicing, including deal closing, drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, and rate-fixings
• Monitor team performance to ensure all SLAs are met and escalate exceptions immediately
• Initiate cash movements via internal transfers, Fed wire, and SWIFT
• Reconcile general ledger and demand deposit accounts, documenting discrepancies in a timely manner
• Manage interest and fee logs and handle Letters of Credit maintenance
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to handle complex process queries and provide training to team members
• Drive 100% compliance with process-related policies, guidelines, and controls
• Implement knowledge management models, including the maintenance of SOPs and process change management
• Identify and drive process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency

Requirements

• Approximately 10 years of experience in Loan Operations (Bilateral, Agented, and Non-Agented)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• General understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize under tight deadlines
• Ability to work in Bangalore and openness to all shifts, including night shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of loan systems such as Loan IQ
• Prior banking or lending industry experience
