Assistant Manager - GCH

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll accounting, analysis, and reporting.
• Execute accounting functions including month-on-month variance analysis, reconciliations, and headcount analysis.
• Create engaging monthly and ad-hoc reports to analyze movements from both Controlling and Business Finance perspectives.
• Provide business insights and analytical support to assist with budgeting, forecasting, and informed decision-making.
• Lead strategic and transformation initiatives, taking end-to-end ownership of processes and stakeholder management.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including Group Control and Business Finance teams, acting as a subject matter expert.
• Maintain a high level of risk awareness and develop a sound control environment to mitigate risk.

Requirements

• Solid background in Finance with direct exposure to accounting.
• Strong data analytics, reporting, and reconciliations expertise.
• Deep understanding of accounting principles and cost accounting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality solutions at speed.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across different business teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a curious mindset for deep-dive problem solving.
