Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales growth through customer-centric strategies and product operations
• Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing Brand Associate and Expert teams
• Coach and mentor team members to cultivate a best-in-class customer experience
• Implement action plans to maximize store efficiency and productivity
• Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures and compliance standards
• Leverage omni-channel tools to deliver a frictionless shopping experience
• Manage assigned areas of responsibility and perform Service Leader duties

Requirements

• 1-3 years of retail management experience
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, overnights, and weekends
• Proficiency with retail technology
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, and lift up to 30 pounds
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team
