Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales growth through customer operations, merchandising, and talent development
• Recruit, hire, and develop highly productive Brand Associate and Expert teams
• Support the execution of store strategies to achieve performance goals
• Coach and mentor Leads, Experts, and Brand Associates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience
• Implement action plans to maximize store efficiencies and productivity
• Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures and compliance standards
• Leverage omni-channel tools to deliver a frictionless customer experience

Requirements

• 1-3 years of retail management experience
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, overnights, and weekends
• Proficiency with retail technology
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, and lift up to 30 pounds
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
