Responsibilities
- Drive profitable sales growth through customer-centric strategies and product operations
- Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing Brand Associate and Expert teams
- Coach and mentor team members to deliver a best-in-class customer experience
- Implement action plans to maximize store efficiency and productivity
- Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures and compliance standards
- Leverage omni-channel tools to provide a frictionless shopping experience
- Manage assigned areas of responsibility and perform Service Leader duties
Requirements
- 1-3 years of retail management experience
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnights
- Proficiency with retail technology
- Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, including lifting up to 30 pounds
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire a team
