Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales growth through customer operations, merchandising, and talent development
• Recruit, hire, and develop highly productive Brand Associate and Expert teams
• Implement action plans to maximize store efficiencies and productivity
• Perform Service Leader duties and ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures
• Leverage omni-channel tools to deliver a frictionless customer experience
• Coach and mentor team members to cultivate a high-performing environment
• Ensure all brand compliance standards are met

Requirements

• 1-3 years of retail management experience
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, overnights, and weekends
• Proficiency with retail technology
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, and lift up to 30 pounds
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and staff
