- Drive profitable sales growth through customer operations, merchandising, and talent development
- Recruit, hire, and develop highly productive Brand Associate and Expert teams
- Implement action plans to maximize store efficiencies and productivity
- Perform Service Leader duties and ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures
- Leverage omni-channel tools to deliver a frictionless customer experience
- Coach and mentor team members to cultivate a high-performing environment
- Ensure all brand compliance standards are met
Requirements
- 1-3 years of retail management experience
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, overnights, and weekends
- Proficiency with retail technology
- Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, and lift up to 30 pounds
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and staff
