Assistant Manager, Front of House

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager on seasonal menu development and FOH scheduling
• Lead and support servers, bartenders, and support staff to deliver exceptional service
• Perform direct coaching and performance evaluations
• Uphold policies, processes, and cleanliness standards
• Act as the acting manager in the absence of the F&B Manager
• Resolve guest service concerns with professionalism
• Participate in operational improvement projects

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent
• 6 months to 1 year of leadership experience in a restaurant or banquet setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Attention to detail and a guest-first mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in a fast-paced hospitality venue
• ServSafe or Food Manager Certificate
• Passion for team development and guest experiences
