About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of quick service branded restaurants to ensure high standards of quality and cleanliness
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of hourly and seasonal staff, including providing work direction and performance reviews
- Execute strategic plans to optimize operational profits, managing costs of goods and variable labor
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding food safety, labor, and employment
- Maintain compliance with Union contracts regarding employee work conditions and departmental standards
- Oversee employee workflow and training to ensure the workforce is proficient in operating venues
- Monitor and adjust daily functions to provide exceptional guest service and resolve concerns effectively
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required
- 3+ years of quick service food management experience in high-volume operations
- Proven experience managing teams of 20+ employees
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work rotating schedules, including holidays, weekends, and nights
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and walk/travel to multiple venues
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or business administration
- Previous experience working in a theme park environment
- Experience managing within a union environment
- Proficiency with food-related Point of Service systems (e.g., EATEC & Clarity)
- Strong background in budget creation and management
