About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle GST return audit and finalization with complete ITC reconciliations
- Manage TDS returns audit and reconciliation between TRACES Console and Books
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure finalization of books of accounts
- Prepare, review, and close internal audit reports and implement corrective actions
- Establish and monitor internal financial controls
- Ensure smooth month-end and year-end closures
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in Finance & Accounts
- Prior experience in Fintech or BFSI domain preferred
- Strong expertise in Tally ERP
- Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, audits, and reconciliations
- Experience in internal controls, audits, and book finalization
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
