About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle GST return audit and finalization with complete ITC reconciliations
  • Manage TDS returns audit and reconciliation between TRACES Console and Books
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure finalization of books of accounts
  • Prepare, review, and close internal audit reports and implement corrective actions
  • Establish and monitor internal financial controls
  • Ensure smooth month-end and year-end closures
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in Finance & Accounts
  • Prior experience in Fintech or BFSI domain preferred
  • Strong expertise in Tally ERP
  • Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, audits, and reconciliations
  • Experience in internal controls, audits, and book finalization
  • Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
