Assistant Manager - Finance

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare the organization's financial plans, policies, and budgets
• Interpret financial reports and tax returns to support business decisions
• Maintain positive corporate relations with investment and banking communities
• Manage moderate to complex financial projects independently with general supervision
• Exercise judgment within defined procedures to resolve various financial issues
• Apply company standard policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and soundness of judgment

Requirements

• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• 3 years of functional experience in finance
• Minimum of 1 year of position-specific experience
• Proficiency with various financial tools, systems, and procedures
