Assistant Manager - Field Customer Receivables

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, and shipments
• Resolve complex issues and document concerns using internal databases
• Follow up on customer inquiries regarding shipment tracing and returned goods
• Refer callers to appropriate resources such as inbound sales, billing, or technical support
• Perform data entry and write internal and external non-technical documentation
• Identify and forward complaint trends to the appropriate departments

Requirements

• Four-year college degree or equivalent related professional experience
• 3 years of functional experience in a professional environment
• Minimum of 1 year of position-specific experience
• Proficiency with internal databases, tools, and various computer systems
