About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, and shipments
- Resolve complex issues and document concerns using internal databases
- Follow up on customer inquiries regarding shipment tracing and returned goods
- Refer callers to appropriate resources such as inbound sales, billing, or technical support
- Perform data entry and write internal and external non-technical documentation
- Identify and forward complaint trends to the appropriate departments
Requirements
- Four-year college degree or equivalent related professional experience
- 3 years of functional experience in a professional environment
- Minimum of 1 year of position-specific experience
- Proficiency with internal databases, tools, and various computer systems
