Assistant Manager, Equipment Management

Responsibilities

• Supervise the maintenance, troubleshooting, and production efficiency of Surface Mount Device (SMD) lines
• Lead technical preparation and support for the integration of new device models
• Oversee material management and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) to ensure availability of spare parts and tools
• Respond rapidly to production issues and equipment failures to minimize downtime
• Manage FOC (Free of Charge) material approval, ordering, and manual management finalization

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in electronics manufacturing
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field (Master's degree may be considered in lieu of extensive experience, requiring a minimum of 3 years)
• Strong technical background in SMD machinery and production line troubleshooting
• Experience in LOB (Line of Balance) analysis and Tact Time optimization
• High proficiency in English and computer literacy
• Ability to perform daily onsite visits to the factory for hands-on supervision
