Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and control labor costs through effective scheduling, cross-training, and retention initiatives.
• Manage restaurant opening and closing procedures, including security protocols and crew task coordination.
• Conduct inventory checks, update systems, and handle food deliveries to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure customer service and speed of service metrics meet company goals and QSC standards.
• Direct and prioritize team member tasks during shifts and provide coverage for workstations as needed.
• Address customer feedback promptly using the company's "Just Say Yes" policy.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2-4 years of restaurant supervisory experience or EPL SPECS certification.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for company business.
• Ability to obtain ServSafe Certification and pass the EPL Food Safety Audit class upon hire.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
