About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact in the hotel during shifts to ensure smooth operations
  • Lead the Front Office team to maintain Mövenpick Service Standards at all times
  • Drive up-selling initiatives as part of the hotel's revenue management culture
  • Maintain and deliver AccorHotel's guest loyalty and recognition programs to the highest standards
  • Motivate and empower team members to solve problems and create memorable guest experiences

Requirements

  • Previous Front Office experience at a supervisory level
  • Current GM Certificate (essential)
  • Full NZ Driver's Licence
  • Strong leadership capability and ability to motivate a team
  • Ability to work a rotating roster over 7 days, including weekends, public holidays, and various shifts
  • Immaculate personal presentation and high-level written and verbal communication skills
