About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in managing restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, and inventory control
- Supervise and train team members, providing ongoing feedback and coaching to ensure adherence to company policies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following all sanitation guidelines
- Manage customer complaints effectively to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Perform administrative tasks and manage staff scheduling
- Assume the responsibilities of the General Manager in their absence to ensure operational continuity
Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment, preferably in food service
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Must be at least 18 years of age
