Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, and inventory control
• Supervise and train team members, providing ongoing feedback and coaching to ensure adherence to company policies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following all sanitation guidelines
• Manage customer complaints effectively to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Perform administrative tasks and manage staff scheduling
• Assume the responsibilities of the General Manager in their absence to ensure operational continuity

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment, preferably in food service
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Must be at least 18 years of age
