About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager in managing restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, inventory control, and staff scheduling
  • Supervise and train team members, providing coaching and ensuring adherence to company policies
  • Maintain a clean, organized work environment following all safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Manage customer complaints to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Perform administrative tasks and inventory management
  • Act as the General Manager in their absence to ensure continuity of operations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment (food service preferred)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
