About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in managing restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, inventory control, and staff scheduling
- Supervise and train team members, providing coaching and ensuring adherence to company policies
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment following all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Manage customer complaints to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Perform administrative tasks and inventory management
- Act as the General Manager in their absence to ensure continuity of operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment (food service preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Must be at least 18 years of age
