Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee all shift operations, including staffing, paperwork, and food management
• Manage cost controls, inventory, and cash handling procedures
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relations
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to all company policies and standards
• Drive profitability and assist with local marketing efforts
• Set a positive example for the crew regarding attendance and punctuality

Requirements

• Strong judgment and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and reaching
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
