Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in maintaining food and safety standards
• Inspire and motivate team members to achieve efficient daily operations
• Delegate and organize tasks to ensure seamless business flow
• Enforce accountability among team members for consistent follow-through
• Resolve conflicts and handle customer concerns with professionalism
• Take deliveries as needed to support restaurant operations

Requirements

• Minimum of 20 hours per week availability
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
