Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily store operations to ensure customer satisfaction
• Support the General Manager in driving team performance and growth
• Oversee staff and contribute to a positive, high-energy work environment
• Participate in community involvement and charitable fundraising initiatives

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Minimum of one year of management experience
• Availability to work weekends (either every weekend or every other weekend)
• Ability to meet specific driving history requirements if operating a motor vehicle
