Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of 3 to 30 staff members during assigned shifts
• Oversee all store operations, including cost control and cash management
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service
• Prepare products quickly and accurately according to recipes and portion sizes
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and adhere to grooming standards
• Operate cash registers and assist walk-in customers

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Experience leading a team in a professional environment
• Valid Florida driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle
• Ability to work flexible hours, including late nights and weekends
• Strong motivational skills and a "can-do" attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in fast food or restaurant management
