About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all store operations during scheduled shifts, including cost, inventory, and cash control
  • Manage and lead a team of 3 to 30 employees
  • Perform duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers as needed
  • Greet customers, take orders, and operate the cash register
  • Ensure products are made quickly, accurately, and according to recipe and portion standards
  • Deliver products safely and courteously via vehicle
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness and adhere to professional grooming standards

Requirements

  • Experience leading a team
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
  • Access to reliable transportation
