About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee all store operations during scheduled shifts, including cost, inventory, and cash control
- Manage and lead a team of 3 to 30 employees
- Perform duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers as needed
- Greet customers, take orders, and operate the cash register
- Ensure products are made quickly, accurately, and according to recipe and portion standards
- Deliver products safely and courteously via vehicle
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and adhere to professional grooming standards
Requirements
- Experience leading a team
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
- Access to reliable transportation
- Full open availability
