About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide managerial assistance to the General Manager in running and implementing operating standards within the restaurant
- Oversee food preparation, including making pizzas to brand standards
- Manage delivery operations to ensure orders reach designated locations
- Handle administrative tasks and paperwork in the absence of the General Manager or store owner
- Manage nightly deposits and financial documentation
