Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all shift operations, including cost controls, inventory, cash management, and profitability
• Ensure high standards of customer relations and service
• Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures with the crew
• Oversee staffing, paperwork, food management, and store cleanliness
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, and local store marketing efforts
• Work collaboratively with team members and other store management

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous supervisory or management experience
• Ability to work day and evening shifts

• Experience in food service management
