About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and operate the register to process sales and collect payments
- Ensure products are made consistently according to Domino’s standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Manage inventory and cash control procedures
- Assist with staff scheduling and team training
- Coach team members to improve skills and enforce company policies
- Lead by example to maintain high standards of service and punctuality
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Previous experience in retail or food service
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 50lbs
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to perform basic math for customer orders and making change
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle in the state of WA with a valid license and insurance
