Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate the register to process sales and collect payments
• Ensure products are made consistently according to Domino’s standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
• Manage inventory and cash control procedures
• Assist with staff scheduling and team training
• Coach team members to improve skills and enforce company policies
• Lead by example to maintain high standards of service and punctuality

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Previous experience in retail or food service
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 50lbs
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to perform basic math for customer orders and making change

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle in the state of WA with a valid license and insurance
