About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage store operations, including cost, inventory, and cash control
  • Lead and supervise a team of 3 to 30 employees during scheduled shifts
  • Perform duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers
  • Greet customers, take orders, and operate the cash register
  • Ensure fast, accurate, and consistent product preparation following recipes
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness and professional grooming standards
  • Deliver products safely and courteously via vehicle

Requirements

  • Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment
