About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage store operations, including cost, inventory, and cash control
- Lead and supervise a team of 3 to 30 employees during scheduled shifts
- Perform duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers
- Greet customers, take orders, and operate the cash register
- Ensure fast, accurate, and consistent product preparation following recipes
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and professional grooming standards
- Deliver products safely and courteously via vehicle
Requirements
- Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
- Access to reliable transportation
