Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all shift operations, including cost controls, inventory, cash management, and profitability
• Lead and set an example for the crew by following all company policies and procedures
• Oversee staffing, paperwork, and food management
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store cleanliness
• Support local store marketing and maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
• Work collaboratively with team members and other store management

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous supervisory or management experience
• Ability to work day or evening shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in food service management
