Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage shift operations including cost controls, inventory, and cash management
• Lead and set the example for the crew by following all policies and procedures
• Oversee staffing, paperwork, and food management to ensure profitability
• Maintain high standards for store cleanliness, image, and customer service
• Handle customer relations and process telephone or in-person orders
• Monitor food management and ensure adherence to quality standards

Requirements

• Availability to work weekends is required
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and co-workers
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and calculations
• Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders
• Ability to navigate delivery areas and read maps to locate addresses
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and physical environments
