Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all shift operations including cost controls, inventory, and cash management
• Lead and set the example for the crew by following all policies and procedures
• Oversee staffing, paperwork, and food management to ensure store profitability
• Maintain high standards for store cleanliness, image, and customer service
• Handle customer relations and process telephone or in-person orders
• Perform general team member duties such as stocking ingredients and preparing products

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift 25 lbs without assistance
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods during a shift
• Reliable transportation to ensure timely attendance
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Flexible schedule with availability for varying hours on a daily basis
• Strong mathematical skills for accurate cash handling and order processing
