Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all shift operations, including cost controls, inventory, and cash management
• Lead and supervise crew members to ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures
• Maintain high standards for food management, store cleanliness, and product quality
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer relations effectively
• Oversee staffing, paperwork, and store marketing to drive profitability
• Ensure the store maintains a perfect image and adheres to all operational standards

Requirements

• Strong math skills with the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and co-workers
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Computer literacy for entering orders and managing store tasks
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, including walk-in coolers and near hot ovens
