About the role
Responsibilities

- Partner with the General Manager to oversee daily store operations and inventory
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve problems with a calm, professional attitude
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure all equipment is operated correctly
- Handle orders, process payments accurately, and complete necessary paperwork

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks like standing, bending, and reaching
