Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage shift operations including cost controls, inventory, and cash management
• Lead and supervise crew members to ensure adherence to all policies and procedures
• Maintain high standards for food management, store cleanliness, and customer service
• Handle administrative tasks such as staffing, paperwork, and scheduling
• Ensure profitability and maintain the perfect brand image

Requirements

• Strong judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks like standing, bending, and reaching
• Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and staff
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and handle food-related environments
