Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of 3 to 30 staff members during your shift
• Oversee all store operations, including cost control and cash management
• Assist walk-in customers and operate the cash register
• Prepare products quickly and accurately according to recipes and portion sizes
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and adhere to professional grooming standards
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid Florida driver's license
• Reliable and insured vehicle for delivery training
• Proven experience leading a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in fast food or restaurant management
