Responsibilities
- Manage store operations and drive business results
- Build and develop an effective team

- Maintain food safety and team member safety protocols
- Operate and troubleshoot store technology
- Assist with basic operational procedures and employee development
Requirements
- Prior experience in a management role or similar leadership experience preferred
- Experience in customer service or an applicable role
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and ensure team accountability
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns or complaints
- Ability to perform basic math accurately and quickly
- Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and reaching
