About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure achievement of MP&L KPIs across the plant, including production planning, inventory management, and outbound logistics
  • Supervise daily material movement, receipt, and transaction management
  • Analyze inventory variance to optimize stock levels and maintain parts availability
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding schedules, deliveries, and daily dispatches
  • Manage import processes including customs clearance, invoices, and packing lists
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as warehouse, quality, PPC, production, and finance
  • Oversee new business management including BOM accuracy, safety stock, and ordering cycles
  • Maintain IMS documentation, 5S methodologies, and safety protocols

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a relevant SCM certification
  • 8-12 years of experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry
  • Proven expertise in MP&L operations
  • Strong knowledge of Lean tools
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
