Assistant Manager - Customer Service

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete order-to-cash process, including sales order, intercompany purchase order, and return order processing
• Utilize SAP to manage credit/debit notes, sample processing, and purchase request booking
• Coordinate with sales and logistics functions to manage warehouse inventory based on sales forecasts
• Partner with India and overseas credit management teams to handle credit risk and customer credit blocks
• Monitor receivables and extract outstanding data from SAP to support payment and collection follow-ups
• Manage customer requests and complaints through CRM software and conduct customer visits if required
• Generate monthly MIS reports on sales and inventory using SAP and ERP data
• Support marketing and event management efforts during exhibitions and business events
• Assist in tender preparation and coordinate documentation for e-tender bidding processes

Requirements

• Graduate degree in a relevant field
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in customer service
• Proficiency in SAP, specifically within SD, MM, and R11 modules
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash workflows and trade compliance guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Supply Chain Management
