Assistant Manager Culture Marketing

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end influencer management, including talent sourcing, networking, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Develop and execute partner activation plans to ensure optimal brand presence and visibility.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships within Japan’s entertainment, streetwear, art, and fashion circles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Brand Activation, Product Marketing, Sales, and Global Culture Marketing.
• Manage administrative procedures such as Contract Approval Forms (CAF) and maintain the Partner Activation Tool (PAT).
• Research and prepare strategic presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain brand recognition through strategic product placement and brand integration in entertainment platforms.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related marketing or influencer management field.
• Strong existing network within the local Japanese Entertainment and Influencer scene.
• University degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Fluency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and Outlook.
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work unconventional hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by industry events.
