Assistant Manager - Cost Work and Ratio Project Management

Responsibilities

• Define and execute material cost reduction initiatives for SB-IN Products in India
• Drive design change ideas through workshops to enable RPP pipeline implementation
• Adhere to Quality systems and BES methods during development stages
• Adapt agile methodologies (SCRUM) for project management
• Provide data on project performance metrics to enable data-driven decisions
• Oversee quality aspects during MAT projects implementation across value streams
• Provide technical and methodical expertise to suppliers and internal cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Mechanical Engineering degree
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient knowledge of RB product development processes and BES process
• Competent knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems thinking
• Understanding of product functioning, assembly, and testing
• Knowledge of standards, norms, product design, material, and reliability
