Assistant Manager – Contract Services

Responsibilities

• Provide effective, value-add contracting advice to multi-national business teams
• Review and draft a wide range of contract documents, including Agreements, Amendments, Statements of Work, and Schedules
• Proactively assess critical contract obligations, provisions, gaps, and risk areas to advise on necessary revisions
• Manage the preparation and drafting of contracts for Facilities, Hotel Operations, Marketing, IT, and Project & Logistics
• Negotiate and resolve contract issues and disputes, providing strategic recommendations for resolution
• Guide and mentor other contracting professionals and direct diverse teams in interpreting RFP requirements
• Maintain organized archives of all contracts and legal documents within the company system
• Collaborate with Legal Counsel to ensure all commercial terms and amendments meet business and legal standards

Requirements

• 6 years of directly related experience in procurement and/or contract management
• Bachelor's degree or an advanced degree in a relevant field
• Strong understanding of global negotiation, contracting issues, regulations, and terms and conditions
• Proven experience managing a high volume of service contracts or outsourcing deals
• Proficiency with ERP systems and contract management systems
• Strong program management skills and demonstrated leadership capabilities
