About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive CRM strategy for PUMA.com and the mobile app across channels including Email, Web & Mobile Push, WhatsApp, and SMS/RCS.
  • Own end-to-end CRM campaign planning, execution, tracking, and performance analysis to boost engagement and revenue.
  • Manage the CRM calendar in alignment with product launches, sale events, and brand moments.
  • Monitor CRM funnel health and conduct A/B testing on messaging, segmentation, and timing to optimize effectiveness.
  • Build and optimize customer lifecycle journeys and automated personalizations.
  • Derive actionable consumer and brand insights from CRM data to influence broader CX strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Tech Ops, and Data Science to align CRM initiatives with business goals.

Requirements

  • Data proficiency with the ability to navigate dashboards and use Excel or BI tools.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate raw data into actionable business insights.
  • Operational excellence with strong attention to detail and process discipline in campaign execution.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills for highly cross-functional collaboration.
  • Understanding of business metrics, consumer cohorts, and campaign performance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with CRM and analytics tools such as Clevertap, Branch, Google Analytics, or Salesforce.
