Assistant Manager - Communications

Responsibilities

• Steward business priorities and strategy communications across leadership meetings, events, and internal social platforms.
• Lead the execution of internal and leadership events, managing planning, partners, timelines, and on-ground execution.
• Manage social media execution, content strategy, and agency partnerships to develop high-quality, brand-aligned communication assets.
• Execute internal branding and workplace experience projects to enhance company culture.
• Oversee merchandising, shoots, budgets, and agency relationships in coordination with procurement.
• Collaborate closely with leadership, HR, Facilities, Finance, and PR to support cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in communications, integrated marketing, or business-facing roles.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to translate business priorities into engagement actions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, vendors, and budgets independently.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage senior leaders.
• Strong project management skills and a structured approach to problem-solving in dynamic environments.
