Assistant Manager, Commercial Account

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable and sustainable market share and net sales growth within assigned commercial accounts.
• Manage all business activities for assigned accounts, balancing brand goals with customer needs.
• Oversee the annual selling and activity schedule (GTM Process), including range reviews and sell-in meetings.
• Deliver seasonal sell-in targets and monitor KPIs, sell-in/sell-out targets, and orderbook progress.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the key account sales organization and direct reports.
• Forecast and report on quantitative and qualitative performance, including sales, margin, and market share.
• Develop SMU (local products) plans for Mart Channels such as Costco and Traders.
• Maintain effective communication between internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• University degree in business or an equivalent field, ideally focused on sales, retail, or marketing.
• 8–11 years of professional experience in Sales or Hypermarket environments.
• Proven experience within the Sport, Fashion, FMCG, or Consulting industries.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate proficiency in SAP.
• Intermediate English language skills.
• Strong competencies in negotiation, relationship management, and strategic business acumen.
