Assistant Manager - CASS Oversight

Responsibilities

• Perform daily oversight checks and review exceptions and control outcomes to support the CASS control environment.
• Produce and interpret CASS Management Information (MI) and dashboards to highlight key risks and control performance.
• Facilitate regular meetings with operational teams responsible for reconciliation activities and CASS-related actions.
• Undertake and support CASS thematic reviews to assess the design and operational effectiveness of critical bulk processes.
• Prepare high-quality content, monthly papers, and updates for governance forums and working groups.
• Collaborate with CASS Governance and technical teams to drive process enhancements and evaluate emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge or experience of CASS (Client Assets Sourcebook) or a related oversight discipline within Financial Services.
• Proven experience in operational risk management or financial controls.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to produce meaningful reporting for stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with both operational teams and senior stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work proactively in a fast-moving, accuracy-driven environment.
