Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor by executing workforce management to ensure a genuine customer focus
• Welcome customers and provide expert assistance regarding product styles, features, and benefits
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for both employees and customers
• Coach team members on service standards and omnichannel experiences to drive success
• Analyze business results and communicate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to the team
• Assist the Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, training, and developing store staff
• Partner with management to execute merchandising standards, promotions, and product placement
• Build customer loyalty through company-sponsored programs and exceptional service

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience
• High school diploma
• Proficient in computer and technology skills, including Outlook and Excel
• Ability to lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, and reaching
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and climb ladders
