About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the sales floor by executing workforce management to ensure a genuine customer focus
- Welcome customers and provide expert assistance regarding product styles, features, and benefits
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for both employees and customers
- Coach team members on service standards and omnichannel experiences to drive success
- Analyze business results and communicate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to the team
- Assist the Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, training, and developing store staff
- Partner with management to execute merchandising standards, promotions, and product placement
- Build customer loyalty through company-sponsored programs and exceptional service
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience
- High school diploma
- Proficient in computer and technology skills, including Outlook and Excel
- Ability to lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, and reaching
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, including a minimum of two closing shifts per week
